Polyurea Waterproofing Coating is formed by spraying raw materials such as quasi-prepolymer, amine-terminated polyether and amine chain extender. As a revolutionary leap of traditional construction technology, this technology organically combines new materials, new equipment and new technologies, which is one of the most advanced construction technologies.
Waterproof performance
Polyurea Waterproofing Coating is a new type of solvent-free, non-polluting non-polluting coating waterproof material technology, which has been developed in recent decade to meet the requirements of environmental protection after low solid coating technology such as high solid coating material, water-based coating material, radiation curable coating material and powder coating material. Compared with the traditional waterproof material, it has the following advantages:
(1) With 100% solid content and without volatile organic compounds, it complies with environmental requirements;
(2) It contains no catalyst, can realize fast curing, can be sprayed up in the curved, slope and vertical surfaces, with no sagging phenomenon, and has a strong retention for the bumps, corners, edges;
(3) Its curing speed is fast but controllable, ensuring that the project can be quickly put into use again;
(4) It is not sensitive to water vapor, moisture, construction from environmental humidity, temperature;
(5) It can be sprayed or cast, the construction thickness once can be from hundreds of microns to several centimeters, which overcomes the previous inconvenience of multi-construction, shortening the construction period;
(6) It has excellent physical properties such as tensile strength, tear strength, elongation, abrasion resistance, puncture resistance, resistance to knock broken, anti-slippery and so on. The high elongation makes it have a strong crack bridging ability, very excellent for the protection of concrete cracking
(7) It possesses excellent anti-corrosion properties, and can tolerate the long-term soaking of corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt, sea water, chloride ions and others;
(8) The seamless overall, plus its tough, dense structure, makes it possible to be used on the surface to meet the water and can also be used in the back;
(9) Its adhesive force to a variety of substrates is high and lasting, and won't falling off in alternating hot and cold.
The US PDA Association has done a survey that 60% of the spraying polyurea materials is used to concrete protection and 5% used in roofing waterproofing works. Most of the concrete protection projects are used for waterproofing of concrete, including highway waterproofing, tunnel waterproofing, building waterproofing, water storage tanks and so on as well as waterproofing of concrete substrates containing corrosive media such as waste water treatment tanks.
Polyurea Waterproofing Coating has excellent elasticity, it is very suitable as a protective material for concrete of substrate. The concrete material is easy to brittle, but polyurea has a very good crack extensibility. Once an experiment had tested its extensibility, the concrete samples coated with SPUA material were falling from a height of 1.8m. The concrete itself was cracked, but the SPUA material was not damaged and the pieces of concrete were firmly gathered together. Due to the excellent flexibility and mechanical strength of the SPUA material, even in the case of concrete cracking, the polyurea material not only does it break itself, but also "seize" the concrete material and acts as a waterproof and protection.
Usage:
Polyurea Waterproofing Coating is mainly used for the waterproof of the roof of advanced buildings, the industrial factory building, the vapor barrier for cold storage, reservoir, bridge, tunnel, underground construction and the cooling tower of power plant.

All the parameters above are the physical performance tested after 7-day curing under the conditions of 23±2ºC and 50%±5% relative humidity after the spraying by professional equipment under laboratory condition.
Drying time (25ºC) The surface will be dry within 1 minute, and it will reach the walk intensity within 10 minutes.
Thickness 1-2mm (depending on user requirements)
Painting interval Minimum: no time limit; Maximum: not more than 3 hours.
Substrate treatment:
The existing concrete should be repaired for the holes and cracks with putty firstly. After the concrete is completely dry (the newly made concrete shall be hydrated and then dried for 28 days), remove the loose impurities on the surface, spray 1-2 layers of matched seal primer, and conduct spraying construction after the primer solidification.
Coating method:
The high-temperature and high-pressure impact mixing equipment specified by our company must be used during construction. The loss caused by using the equipment not verified to be feasible by our company for the construction is at your own risk.
Packaging specifications:
Material A: 220kg/barrel; Material R: 210kg/barrel. The packaging can be changed in accordance with user requirement.
Storage and transportation:
This product shall be stored in the shady and cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, and rain, sun and fire source shall be strictly prohibited, while it shall be far away from the heat source, and the storage temperature shall be 15-40ºC.
Under the condition of not opening the original packaging, the storage period of the product is 6 months since the production date, and if it exceeds the storage period, conduct inspection for the items specified by the product standard, and the product can still be used if it meets the technical requirements.
The product doesn't contain organic solvent, so it can be transported as non-dangerous goods. The transportation shall be strictly prevented from rain and sun, and shall conform to the relevant regulations of the transport department.
Labor protection measures:
When using the product, it is required to wear labor protection appliances like work clothes, goggles, gloves and gas mask.
Precautions:
During the construction, the substrate temperature shall be at least 3ºC higher than the dew point.
Fully stir component R until it is completely even before the construction.
The unfinished coating material of component A shall be sealed after filling nitrogen.
That system is 100% solid content, and the addition of any diluent is forbidden.
Good ventilation shall be guaranteed during the construction in a confined space.
